Delete Your LogBone Account & Data

You can permanently delete your LogBone account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the LogBone app.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@logbone.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically much sooner).

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual items at any time — your account stays active:

Delete individual workouts, meals, supplement, skin, and body-progress entries (swipe or tap an entry, then Delete)
Remove friends and any shared updates
Revoke Health Connect / Apple Health access at any time to stop syncing recovery data

To request removal of a specific category of data that you can't delete yourself, email privacy@logbone.com describing what you'd like deleted. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data we hold, including:

Your account and profile (name, email, login credentials)
Your full training log — workouts, sets, effort, notes, programs
Nutrition, supplement, and skin-protocol entries
Health & recovery data synced from Health Connect / Apple Health (heart rate, sleep, steps, weight, body fat, etc.)
Body-progress analyses (the derived metrics and coach notes)
Coach conversation history
Friend connections and any shared updates
Your device push-notification token

What we never stored in the first place

Your body-progress, meal, and equipment photos are never stored on our servers — each image is analyzed once and discarded immediately, so there is nothing to delete. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Retention

Data	When it's deleted
Account & all personal data above	Immediately on in-app deletion; within 30 days for email requests
Encrypted backups	Purged on the normal backup rotation, within 30 days
Minimal records we're legally required to keep (if any)	Retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.
