We built the
logbook we wanted.
Every "AI fitness app" we tried had the same hole: it forgot you. Generic advice, no memory, no record. So we built the opposite.
LogBone started as a frustration. The serious lifters we knew were keeping spreadsheets, notes apps, and three other trackers — and still couldn't answer a simple question like "is my recovery actually trending down, or does it just feel that way?"
The AI tools that promised to help couldn't either. They had no record to read. Ask them about your training and you'd get the same advice anyone would get, because they didn't know anything about you.
So LogBone is a structured database first and a coach second. Training, nutrition, sleep, HRV, supplements — one record. The coach reads the relevant slice before every reply, quotes your real numbers, and is honest when the data is thin. That's the whole idea.
What we believe.
Memory over chat.
A coach that forgets you is just a search box. LogBone is a structured record first; the conversation is what sits on top of it.
Grounded, not generated.
The coach quotes numbers that exist in your log. If the data is thin, it says so. It refers you to a clinician for anything medical.
Privacy as a default, not a setting.
No analytics SDKs, no ads, no third-party tracking. Your token lives in the Keychain and your data stays on your device unless you log it.
Built for people who already train.
No streaks, no badges, no dopamine loops. LogBone assumes you show up — it just makes the record worth keeping.
