How it works

Log it once.
The coach does the rest.

LogBone is a logbook with an AI coach bolted to it — not a chatbot that forgets you. Here is the loop, start to finish.

Step 01

Log it once.

Sets, reps, RPE, meals, supplements, sleep, skin — capture it in seconds. Snap a photo of a meal and macros come back; the rest is a tap. Everything lands in one structured record instead of five disconnected apps.

Step 02

Your wrist fills the gaps.

HealthKit and Health Connect stream sleep, HRV, and heart rate automatically. The Apple Watch companion tracks live heart rate mid-set, so the parts you would never type in are there anyway.

Step 03

The coach reads before it talks.

Every time you open a conversation, LogBone pulls the relevant slice of your history into the model. The coach quotes your actual numbers — last week's top set, your 14-day HRV baseline — instead of generic advice.

Step 04

You decide. It remembers.

Take the recommendation or override it. Either way it goes back into the record, so next session the coach reasons from what actually happened — not what a generic plan assumed.

What "reads your data" looks like

Your last Push averaged RPE 8.5 across top sets, and your HRV is down 11ms versus your 14-day baseline. Drop top weight 2.5kg or hold and grind for one more session — your call. I'd hold.

Common questions.

Do I have to log everything?

No. The coach is honest about thin data — it tells you when it does not have enough to make a call rather than inventing one. The more you log, the sharper it gets.

Which devices sync?

iPhone and Android. HealthKit on iOS and Health Connect on Android feed recovery data; the Apple Watch companion adds live heart rate during sessions.

Is my data used to train models?

No. No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party tracking. Your token lives in the Keychain, Face ID lock is optional, and the privacy policy is in plain English.

Is it really free?

LogBone is free on the App Store and Google Play today. If that ever changes, existing data stays yours and exportable.

See it on your data.
